What Servecall stores
To keep score, you type player or team names and tap which side won each rally. For Americano and Mexicano events you also type the players' names. Servecall saves on your device:
- the names you entered and the match settings (sport, format, who served first);
- every rally you recorded, with the time it was recorded, so a match can be resumed, undone and summarised;
- your preferences: voice calls on or off, voice and app language, appearance, vibration.
All of it lives in the app's storage on this phone, the same way a paper score sheet stays in your bag: Servecall never uploads it, and we could not read it if we wanted to. You can delete a single match by pressing and holding it in History, delete all matches with Settings, Delete match history, or remove everything by uninstalling the app.
Voice calls
Scores are spoken by the text-to-speech engine built into your phone. Servecall does not record audio and does not use the microphone. If the voice for your chosen language is not installed, the app tells you once and your phone's default voice is used.
Sharing a result and rating the app
When you tap Share result or Share table, the image is drawn on your phone and handed to the app you pick in your phone's share sheet. Servecall does not upload it anywhere.
After a few finished matches Servecall may open the rating window of the App Store or Google Play. That window belongs to Apple or Google; Servecall does not see what you write in it.
Advertising
Ads from Google AdMob pay for Servecall. Banners appear on the home, match setup, history and match summary screens. A full-screen ad may appear when you leave the summary of a finished match. The live scoreboard and the Americano and Mexicano screens never show an ad, and the first match you finish has no full-screen ad.
To deliver and measure ads, Google may process your device's advertising identifier, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and information about how ads are viewed and tapped. Ads are limited to content rated suitable for everyone.
Your choices
- Consent. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and other places where it is required, Google's consent form is shown before ads are personalised. You can change your answer at any time in Settings, Privacy choices.
- Tracking on iPhone and iPad. Servecall asks for permission to track. If you decline, ads are not personalised with your advertising identifier, and every feature works the same.
- Android. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's Google settings.
Google's use of this data is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Age
Servecall is made for players and scorekeepers aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Sintesi in italiano
