Zikirmatik Gizlilik Politikası

1. Bu metin kimin, kime ulaşabilirsin?

Zikirmatik'i AppFellas yayımlar (mağazalarda "AppFellas Development" / fellasontheway). Bu politikadaki veriler bakımından veri sorumlusu AppFellas'tır. Her türlü soru, silme ya da erişim talebi için: info@appfellas.dev.

2. Telefonunda kalanlar

Aşağıdakiler cihazın uygulama depolama alanına yazılır ve bize gönderilmez:

• Her zikrin toplam ve oturum sayaçları, günlük/aylık sayaç durumu, hedeflerin
• Kendi eklediğin zikirler ve kaydettiklerin
• Dil, görünüm (açık/koyu), titreşim, yazı boyutu ve hatırlatma saati tercihlerin
• Kendi sesinle kaydettiğin zikirler. Mikrofon yalnızca kayıt düğmesine bastığında açılır; ses dosyası telefonda saklanır, hiçbir yere yüklenmez.
• Satın alma durumunun yerel kopyası (çevrimdışıyken de reklamsız kalabilmen için)

Uygulamayı silersen bunlar da silinir. Telefon yedeklemesi açıksa Apple/Google yedeğine dahil olabilirler; bu yedekler senin hesabındadır.

3. Sıralama (isteğe bağlı)

"En Çok Zikredenler" listesine katılmak için yalnızca bir ad yazman yeterli. Kaydolduğunda Google Firebase Cloud Firestore'daki sıralama veritabanına şunlar yazılır:

• Yazdığın ad ve bundan türetilen kullanıcı adı (adın boşluksuz hali + rastgele bir ek)
• Zikir başına toplam sayıların, genel toplamın ve günlük/aylık sıralama puanın

Sonrasında her zikir çektiğinde ilgili sayılar sunucuda artırılır. Ad ve sayılar uygulamayı kullanan herkese sıralama ekranında görünür; bu yüzden gerçek adını yazmak zorunda değilsin, bir takma ad da olur. Sıralama kaydı oturum açma, e-posta ya da şifre kullanmaz.

Silme: Ayarlar › Üyelik › "Hesabı Sil" adımı sunucudaki sıralama kaydını (ad, kullanıcı adı, tüm sayılar) tamamen siler. Telefonundaki sayaçlar yerinde kalır.

4. Hata raporları

Uygulamada beklenmedik bir JavaScript hatası olursa, sorunu bulabilmemiz için Firestore'a kısa bir rapor gönderilir: hata mesajı ve teknik iz (kısaltılmış), platform, işletim sistemi sürümü, uygulama sürümü ve derleme numarası, zaman ve sıralamaya kayıtlıysan kullanıcı adın. Bir oturumda en fazla 5 rapor gider. Raporlarda konum, reklam kimliği ya da zikir içeriği yoktur. Sıralama hesabını silmek bu raporları silmez; silinmelerini istersen bize yaz.

5. Hatırlatmalar ve bildirimler

Günlük zikir hatırlatması telefonunda planlanır; saat ve seçtiğin zikir cihazda kalır. Bildirim izni verirsen ayrıca duyuru gönderebilmek için cihazına özel bir Expo bildirim anahtarı (push token), telefonunun ayarlarındaki cihaz adı ve uygulama dili kendi bildirim sunucumuza (crm.fellasyazilim.com) bir kez kaydedilir. Cihaz adı, telefona verdiğin isme göre adını içerebilir (ör. "Ayşe'nin iPhone'u"). Bildirimler Expo'nun bildirim hizmeti ve Apple/Google bildirim altyapısı üzerinden iletilir. İzni sistem ayarlarından istediğin an kapatabilirsin; kaydının sunucudan silinmesini e-postayla isteyebilirsin.

6. Reklamlar

Zikirmatik'i indirmek ve kullanmak ücretsiz; masrafı Google AdMob reklamları karşılıyor (alt şerit, ekran geçişi, açılış reklamı ve 1 saat reklamsız kullanım için senin isteyerek izlediğin ödüllü reklam). Hangi reklamın gösterileceğine karar vermek, gösterimleri saymak ve sahte tıklamaları ayıklamak için AdMob; telefonun reklam tanımlayıcısını (Apple cihazlarda IDFA, Android'de Google'ın verdiği kimlik), IP adresini, cihaz ve uygulama bilgilerini ve reklam etkileşimlerini işler.

• Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, İngiltere ve İsviçre'de: Google'ın onay formu (UMP) açılır. Kişiselleştirilmiş reklam yalnızca onay verirsen istenir. Seçimini Ayarlar › "Reklam Gizlilik Seçenekleri" ile değiştirebilirsin.
• iOS: Apple'ın izleme izni (ATT) sorulur. İzin vermezsen reklamlar kişiselleştirilmeden istenir; uygulamanın tüm özellikleri yine çalışır.
• Diğer bölgeler: Reklam kişiselleştirmesini Android'de cihaz ayarlarındaki reklam kimliği bölümünden kapatabilirsin.
• "Reklamları kaldır" satın alındığında açılış, geçiş ve şerit reklamları için Google'a istek gönderilmez.

7. Satın almalar

Sürüm 3.3.0 iki tür satın alma sunar: tek seferlik "Reklamları kaldır" ve isteğe bağlı "Bize destek ol" bağışları (küçük, orta, büyük). Destek bağışları hiçbir özellik açmaz ve reklamları kaldırmaz; yalnızca telefonda bir "destekçi" rozeti gösterilir.

Parayı mağaza (Apple ya da Google) tahsil eder; kart ve fatura bilgilerin onlarda kalır. RevenueCat, makbuzun gerçek olup olmadığına bakar ve yeni telefonda reklamsızlığı geri getiren "Satın alımları geri yükle" satırına hizmet eder. RevenueCat'e rastgele üretilmiş anonim bir uygulama kullanıcı kimliği, mağaza makbuzu ve satın alma geçmişi, ülke/para birimi ve temel cihaz bilgileri gider. Sıralama adın ya da kullanıcı adın RevenueCat'e gönderilmez.

8. Bize yazdığında

"Geri bildirim" düğmesi telefonundaki e-posta uygulamasını info@appfellas.dev adresine açar; mesajın altına uygulama sürümü ve platform eklenir. Göndermek senin kararındır. E-posta adresini ve mesajını yalnızca sana cevap vermek ve sorunu çözmek için kullanırız.

9. Diğer küçük bağlantılar

• Güncellemeler: Uygulama, Expo (EAS Update) sunucularından yeni bir düzeltme olup olmadığını kontrol eder; bu sırada platform ve sürüm bilgisi gider.
• Saat ayarı: Günlük/aylık sıralamanın doğru güne yazılması için Google sunucusuna boş bir istek atılıp yalnızca sunucunun saati okunur; veri gönderilmez.
• Puanlama: Uygulamayı puanlama penceresi Apple veya Google'a aittir.

10. Kimlerle paylaşılıyor?

Veri satmıyoruz. Yalnızca hizmeti çalıştıran şu sağlayıcılar, yukarıda yazılan amaçlarla veri işler:

Bu sağlayıcıların sunucuları Türkiye dışında (çoğunlukla ABD ve AB) bulunabilir; verilerin bu ülkelere aktarılabilir. Kanunen zorunlu olduğunda resmi makamlara bilgi verebiliriz.

11. Ne kadar süre tutuyoruz?

• Sıralama kaydı: sen silene kadar.
• Bildirim kaydı ve hata raporları: hizmet ve hata düzeltme için gerektiği sürece; uygulamada otomatik silme yok, istediğinde sileriz.
• Satın alma kayıtları: mağaza ve vergi kuralları gerektirdiği sürece (RevenueCat ve Apple/Google tarafında).
• E-postalar: konu çözüldükten sonra makul bir süre.

12. Çocuklar

Zikirmatik 13 yaş ve üzeri için tasarlanmıştır; 13 yaşından küçüklerden bilerek kişisel veri toplamıyoruz. 13 yaşından küçük birinin sıralamaya kaydolduğunu fark edersen bize yaz, kaydı sileriz.

13. Hakların (KVKK ve GDPR)

6698 sayılı KVKK'nın 11. maddesi ve AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü kapsamında; verinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, kopyasını alma, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve verini taşınabilir biçimde isteme hakların var. Kişiselleştirilmiş reklam ve bildirim için verdiğin izni her zaman geri alabilirsin. Talebini info@appfellas.dev adresine yaz; sıralama kaydın için kullanıcı adını eklersen işimiz kolaylaşır. En geç 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz. Sonuçtan memnun kalmazsan Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na ya da yaşadığın ülkedeki veri koruma otoritesine başvurabilirsin.

İşleme dayanaklarımız: sıralama ve bildirimlerde senin tercihin/açık rızan; kişiselleştirilmiş reklamda onayın; satın almalarda sözleşmenin ifası; hata raporlarında ve kişiselleştirilmemiş reklamda uygulamayı çalışır ve ücretsiz tutma yönündeki meşru menfaatimiz.

14. Değişiklikler

Uygulama yeni bir veri akışı eklediğinde bu sayfayı güncelleyip yukarıdaki tarihi değiştiririz. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinden ya da mağaza notlarında da duyururuz.

Zikirmatik Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible and how to reach us

Zikirmatik is published by AppFellas ("AppFellas Development" / fellasontheway in the stores), which acts as the data controller for the data described here. For any question, access or deletion request, write to info@appfellas.dev.

2. What stays on your phone

The following is written to the app's on-device storage and is not sent to us:

• Total and session counts for each dhikr, daily/monthly counter state and your targets
• Dhikr you added and items you saved
• Language, appearance (light/dark), vibration, text size and reminder time preferences
• Dhikr you recorded in your own voice. The microphone turns on only while you hold the record button; the audio file stays on the phone and is never uploaded.
• A local copy of your purchase status, so the app stays ad-free when offline

Uninstalling Zikirmatik wipes these too. If device backup is on, it may be included in your own Apple/Google backup.

3. Leaderboard (optional)

To appear on the "Top Dhikrers" list you only type a name. On sign-up the following is written to our leaderboard database on Google Firebase Cloud Firestore:

• The name you typed and a username made from it (the name without spaces plus a random suffix)
• Your total per dhikr, your overall total and your daily/monthly ranking score

After that, each count you make increases the matching numbers on the server. Your name and numbers are shown to everyone using the leaderboard, so feel free to use a nickname instead of your real name. No login, email or password is involved.

Deleting: Settings › Membership › "Delete Account" removes your leaderboard record (name, username and every count) from the server. The counts on your phone are kept.

4. Error reports

If an unexpected JavaScript error happens, a short report is stored in Firestore so we can fix it: the error message and a shortened stack trace, platform, OS version, app version and build number, time, and your leaderboard username if you are registered. At most 5 reports are sent per session. Reports contain no location, advertising ID or dhikr content. Deleting your leaderboard record does not remove them; email us if you want them erased.

5. Reminders and notifications

The daily dhikr reminder is scheduled on your phone; its time and dhikr stay on the device. If you allow notifications, an Expo push token for your device, the device name from your phone's settings and the app language are registered once with our own notification server (crm.fellasyazilim.com) so we can send announcements. The device name may contain your name, depending on what you called the phone (e.g. "Ayşe's iPhone"). Notifications are delivered via Expo's push service and Apple/Google infrastructure. You can turn notifications off in system settings at any time and ask us by email to delete your registration.

6. Ads

Zikirmatik costs nothing; Google AdMob advertising pays for it (banner, interstitial, app-open, and an optional rewarded ad you can watch for one ad-free hour). To pick which ad to show, count impressions and filter out fake clicks, AdMob works with the phone's ad identifier (Apple's IDFA, or the Google-issued ID on Android), IP address, device and app information, and ad interactions.

• EEA, UK and Switzerland: Google's consent form (UMP) is shown. Personalised ads are only requested with your consent. Change your choice any time in Settings › "Ad Privacy Options".
• iOS: Apple's tracking prompt (ATT) is shown. If you decline, ads are requested without personalisation and every feature still works.
• Elsewhere: on Android you can limit ad personalisation in the device's advertising ID settings.
• With "Remove ads" purchased, no app-open, interstitial or banner ad requests are sent to Google.

7. Purchases

Version 3.3.0 offers a one-time "Remove ads" purchase and optional "Support us" tips (small, medium, large). Tips unlock nothing and do not remove ads; they only show a "supporter" badge on your phone.

The store (Apple or Google) takes the money and keeps the card and billing details to itself. We use RevenueCat to verify purchases and to power "Restore purchases". RevenueCat receives a randomly generated anonymous app user ID, the store receipt and purchase history, country/currency and basic device information. Your leaderboard name or username is not sent to RevenueCat.

8. When you write to us

The "Feedback" button opens your own email app addressed to info@appfellas.dev, with the app version and platform added at the bottom. Sending is up to you. We use your email address and message only to answer you and fix the issue.

9. Other small connections

• Updates: the app checks Expo (EAS Update) servers for a new fix, sending platform and version.
• Clock check: to file daily/monthly scores under the right day, the app sends an empty request to a Google server and reads only its clock; no data is sent.
• Ratings: the rating prompt belongs to Apple or Google.

10. Who receives data

We do not sell data. Only the providers below process it, for the purposes stated above:

These providers may store data outside your country (mainly in the US and EU). We may disclose information to authorities where the law requires it.

11. How long we keep it

• Leaderboard record: until you delete it.
• Notification registration and error reports: as long as needed to run the service and fix bugs; there is no automatic expiry in the app, and we erase them on request.
• Purchase records: as long as store and tax rules require (at RevenueCat and Apple/Google).
• Emails: for a reasonable time after the matter is resolved.

12. Children

Zikirmatik is meant for people aged 13 and over, and we don't intentionally gather personal data from younger users. If you notice that a child under 13 joined the leaderboard, tell us and we will remove the record.

13. Your rights (GDPR and Turkish KVKK)

Under the GDPR and Article 11 of Turkey's Law No. 6698 (KVKK) you can ask whether we process your data, get a copy, correct it, have it erased, object to processing and receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw consent for personalised ads or notifications at any time. Email info@appfellas.dev; including your leaderboard username helps us find your record. We reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority or to Turkey's Personal Data Protection Authority.

Legal bases: your choice/consent for the leaderboard and notifications; your consent for personalised ads; performance of a contract for purchases; our legitimate interest in keeping the app working and free for error reports and non-personalised ads.

14. Changes

When the app adds a new data flow we update this page and the date above, and announce significant changes in the app or in the store release notes.

Zikirmatik – Datenschutz in Kürze

• Auf dem Gerät: Zählerstände, eigene Dhikr, Einstellungen und eigene Sprachaufnahmen bleiben auf deinem Telefon. Das Mikrofon läuft nur während der Aufnahme.
• Rangliste (freiwillig): Der eingegebene Name, ein daraus gebildeter Benutzername und deine Zählerstände werden in Google Firebase gespeichert und anderen Nutzern angezeigt. Kein E-Mail-Konto, kein Passwort. Löschen unter Einstellungen › „Konto löschen“.
• Fehlerberichte: Fehlermeldung, Geräte- und App-Version sowie ggf. dein Ranglisten-Benutzername, höchstens 5 pro Sitzung.
• Benachrichtigungen: Erinnerungen werden lokal geplant. Mit Erlaubnis werden Push-Token, Gerätename und Sprache auf unserem Benachrichtigungsserver gespeichert.
• Werbung: Google AdMob mit Werbe-ID; im EWR/UK/CH entscheidest du über das Google-Einwilligungsformular, änderbar unter „Datenschutzoptionen für Werbung“. Auf iOS gilt die ATT-Abfrage.
• Käufe: „Werbung entfernen“ und freiwillige Unterstützung über Apple/Google, geprüft mit RevenueCat (anonyme Nutzer-ID, Kaufhistorie). Zahlungsdaten erhalten wir nicht.
• Rechte nach DSGVO (Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Widerspruch, Übertragbarkeit, Beschwerde bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde): info@appfellas.dev. Ab 13 Jahren.

Zikirmatik – Confidentialité en bref

• Classement (facultatif) : le nom saisi, un pseudonyme dérivé et tes compteurs sont stockés dans Google Firebase et visibles par les autres utilisateurs. Ni e-mail ni mot de passe. Suppression via Réglages › « Supprimer le compte ».
• Rapports d'erreur : message d'erreur, versions de l'appareil et de l'app, et ton pseudonyme si tu es inscrit ; 5 au maximum par session.
• Notifications : les rappels sont planifiés localement. Avec ton accord, le jeton push, le nom de l'appareil et la langue sont enregistrés sur notre serveur de notifications.
• Publicité : Google AdMob avec identifiant publicitaire ; dans l'EEE/R.-U./Suisse, formulaire de consentement Google, modifiable dans « Options de confidentialité publicitaire ». Sur iOS, demande ATT.

• على جهازك: العدّادات والأذكار التي تضيفها والإعدادات وتسجيلات صوتك تبقى على هاتفك فقط. لا يعمل الميكروفون إلا أثناء التسجيل.
