Kısa cevap: Kinso hesap açmaz, giriş istemez ve bir sunucusu yoktur. Alışkanlıkların, işaretlemelerin ve serilerin yalnız telefonunda durur; bize hiç gelmez.

Cihazdan çıkan üç şey vardır: reklam ağının işlediği reklam kimliği, kimliksiz üç kullanım olayı ve çökme raporları. Son ikisi tek bir düğmeyle kapanır.

Cihazda kalan veriler

Alışkanlıkların, günlük işaretlemelerin, serilerin, kalkanların, niyet kartların ve ayarların telefonunun kendi uygulama deposunda saklanır. Bu veriler buluta yüklenmez, bize gönderilmez, üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılmaz — çünkü gidebilecekleri bir sunucu yoktur.

Ana ekran widget'ı için kısa bir özet (bugün kaç alışkanlık kaldı, zincir kurtarılabilir mi) telefonun paylaşılan uygulama alanına yazılır. Widget ayrı bir süreçte çalıştığı için başka türlü okuyamaz. Bu özet de cihazdan çıkmaz.

Uygulamayı silersen bu verilerin tamamı silinir. Bizde bir kopyası olmadığı için geri getirilemez — bu yüzden aşağıdaki yedekleme bölümünü okumanı öneririz.

Hatırlatıcılar

Hatırlatıcılar telefonunun kendi bildirim zamanlayıcısıyla, cihazda kurulur. Bildirim sunucusu, push jetonu ya da bize ulaşan bir kayıt yoktur; bildirimin metni de cihazda üretilir. İzni istediğin zaman telefon ayarlarından geri alabilirsin.

Reklamlar

Kinso ücretsizdir ve Google AdMob reklamlarıyla ayakta durur. Uygulama içinde satın alınabilecek hiçbir şey yoktur. Reklamların nerede çıktığı ve hangi sınırlara bağlı olduğu şudur:

İşaretleme dokunuşunun arasına hiçbir şey girmez. Bugün ekranında tam ekran reklam yoktur.
Bugün, İstatistik ve Ayarlar'ın altında sabit yükseklikte bir şerit olabilir.
İstatistik'ten çıkarken, alışkanlık kaydettikten sonra ya da ayarları kapatırken tam ekran bir reklam çıkabilir. İlk 3 gün hiç çıkmaz; bir oturumda en fazla 3, bir günde en fazla 6 kez ve aralarında en az 3 dakika olmak üzere.
Zincir Kurtarma'da video izlemek isteğe bağlıdır: yalnız kalkanın yokken sunulur ve "Vazgeç" dersen ürün kısıtlanmaz. Video izledikten sonra 5 dakika boyunca tam ekran reklam çıkmaz.

Reklamları göstermek için Google, cihazının reklam kimliğini (iOS'ta IDFA, Android'de Reklam Kimliği) ve genel cihaz bilgilerini işleyebilir. Alışkanlık verin reklam ağına hiçbir biçimde verilmez.

Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'deki kullanıcılara, ilk reklamdan önce bir rıza ekranı gösterilir. iOS'ta ayrıca sistemin izleme izni sorulur. Rıza vermezsen uygulama aynı şekilde çalışır; reklamlar yalnız kişiselleştirilmez. Seçimini istediğin zaman Ayarlar → Reklam tercihleri'nden değiştirebilirsin.

Kullanım ölçümü

Uygulamanın işe yarayıp yaramadığını anlamak için kimliksiz ölçüm kullanıyoruz. Servis Aptabase'dir ve verileri Avrupa Birliği veri merkezinde işler.

Gönderilen olayların tamamı üç tanedir, listesi budur:

kurtarma_firsati — zincir kurtarma teklifi gösterildi.
kurtarma_kullanildi — kurtarma kullanıldı; tek alan: kalkanla mı, videoyla mı.
ilk_aliskanlik — ilk alışkanlığın eklendiği an; tek alan: ilk açılıştan beri geçen saniye.

Bunlarla birlikte ölçüm servisinin kendi teknik bağlamı gider: uygulama sürümü, işletim sistemi ve sürümü, cihaz modeli, dil ve ülke. Ülke, IP adresinden anlık olarak türetilir ve IP adresi saklanmaz.

Gönderilmeyenler: alışkanlık adı, simgesi, notu, niyet kartın, işaretleme tarihlerin, seri uzunluğun, reklam kimliğin, cihaz kimliğin, e-postan, adın. Bu kayıtlar seni tanımlamak için kullanılamaz.

Çökme raporları

Uygulama çökerse hatanın izini Sentry'ye gönderiyoruz: hata yığını, uygulama sürümü, işletim sistemi ve cihaz modeli. Kişisel veri eklenmesi kapalıdır (sendDefaultPii: false); oturum takibi ve performans örneklemesi de kapalıdır. Alışkanlık verin bu raporlarda bulunmaz.

Ölçümü kapatmak

Ayarlar → Kullanım ölçümü düğmesi hem üç olayı hem çökme raporlarını birlikte yönetir. Kapattığın anda kuyruktakiler boşaltılır ve yenisi gönderilmez. Uygulamanın hiçbir özelliği bu düğmeye bağlı değildir.

Verini dışa aktarma, taşıma ve silme

Yedek al: Ayarlar → Veri → Dışa aktar (JSON). Dosya senin cihazında oluşur; nereye göndereceğine sen karar verirsin.
Yeni telefona taşı: aynı dosyayı Ayarlar → Veri → İçe aktar ile geri yükle.
Sil: uygulamayı kaldırmak cihazdaki her şeyi siler. Bizde saklanan bir kopyası olmadığı için ayrıca bir silme talebi göndermene gerek yoktur.

Çocuklar

Kinso çocuklara yönelik değildir ve mağazalarda çocuk kategorisinde listelenmez. Bilerek 13 yaş altından veri toplamayız.

Sağlıkla ilgili not

Kinso bir sağlık uygulaması değildir, tıbbi tavsiye vermez ve Apple Health ya da Google Fit ile veri alışverişi yapmaz. Yazdığın alışkanlıklar senin serbest metnindir; sağlık verisi olarak sınıflandırılmaz ve hiçbir yere gönderilmez.

Değişiklikler

Bu politika değişirse bu sayfa güncellenir ve üstteki tarih değişir. Veri işleme biçimini esaslı biçimde değiştiren bir değişiklik olursa uygulama içinde de duyurulur.

Short answer: Kinso creates no account, asks for no sign-in and has no server. Your habits, check-offs and streaks stay on your phone only and never reach us.

Three things leave the device: the advertising identifier processed by the ad network, three anonymous usage events, and crash reports. The last two are switched off with a single toggle.

Data that stays on your device

Your habits, daily check-offs, streaks, shields, intention cards and settings are stored in your phone's own app storage. They are not uploaded to any cloud, not sent to us and not shared with third parties — because there is no server for them to go to.

For the home screen widget a short summary (how many habits are left today, whether the streak can be rescued) is written to your phone's shared app container. The widget runs in a separate process and cannot read the data any other way. That summary never leaves the device either.

Deleting the app deletes all of it. We hold no copy, so it cannot be restored — which is why we recommend reading the backup section below.

Reminders

Reminders are scheduled on the device by your phone's own notification scheduler. There is no notification server, no push token and no record that reaches us; the text of the notification is generated on the device. You can withdraw the permission at any time in your phone's settings.

Kinso is free and supported by Google AdMob ads. There is nothing to buy inside the app. Here is where the ads appear and the limits they are held to:

Nothing comes between you and the check-off tap. No full-screen ad ever appears on the Today screen.
A fixed-height banner may sit below Today, Stats and Settings.
A full-screen ad may appear when you leave Stats, after saving a habit, or when closing Settings. Never in your first 3 days; at most 3 times per session, at most 6 times a day, and never less than 3 minutes apart.
Watching a video in Streak Rescue is optional: it is only offered when you have no Shield, and declining never limits the app. After a video, no full-screen ad appears for 5 minutes.

To serve ads, Google may process your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android) and general device information. Your habit data is never given to the ad network in any form.

Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown a consent screen before the first ad. On iOS the system tracking prompt is shown as well. If you do not consent the app works exactly the same; the ads are simply not personalised. You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Ad preferences.

Usage measurement

To learn whether the app actually works we use anonymous measurement. The service is Aptabase and it processes data in a European Union data centre.

There are exactly three events, and this is the complete list:

kurtarma_firsati — a streak rescue offer was shown.
kurtarma_kullanildi — a rescue was used; one field only: whether by Shield or by video.
ilk_aliskanlik — the moment the first habit was added; one field only: seconds since first launch.

Alongside these, the measurement service attaches its own technical context: app version, operating system and version, device model, language and country. Country is derived from the IP address at the moment of receipt and the IP address is not stored.

What is never sent: habit names, icons, notes, your intention card, your check-off dates, your streak length, your advertising identifier, your device identifier, your email, your name. These records cannot be used to identify you.

Crash reports

If the app crashes we send the trace to Sentry: the error stack, app version, operating system and device model. Attaching personal data is disabled (sendDefaultPii: false); session tracking and performance sampling are disabled too. Your habit data is not part of these reports.

Turning measurement off

The Settings → Usage measurement toggle governs both the three events and the crash reports. The moment you turn it off, anything queued is discarded and nothing further is sent. No feature of the app depends on this toggle.

Exporting, moving and deleting your data

Back up: Settings → Data → Export (JSON). The file is created on your device; where it goes is your decision.
Move to a new phone: restore the same file with Settings → Data → Import.
Delete: uninstalling the app erases everything on the device. As we hold no copy, there is no deletion request to send us.

Children

Kinso is not directed at children and is not listed in a children's category. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

A note about health

Kinso is not a health app, gives no medical advice and exchanges no data with Apple Health or Google Fit. The habits you write are your own free text; they are not classified as health data and are not sent anywhere.

Changes

If this policy changes, this page is updated and the date above changes. If a change materially alters how data is processed, it is announced inside the app as well.
