Kısa hâli: Kinso ücretsizdir, reklamla ayakta durur ve satın alınacak hiçbir şey içermez. Yazdığın her şey senindir ve telefonundan çıkmaz. Bunun bedeli şudur: yedeğini almak sana aittir — telefonunu kaybedersen bizde bir kopya yoktur.
1. Taraflar
Bu koşullar, Kinso mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama") kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı AppFellas (İbrahim Bilgiç) sunar; iletişim: fellasontheway@gmail.com. Uygulamayı indirerek ve kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız; kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmayınız.
2. Yaş
Uygulamayı kullanabilmek için en az 13 yaşında olmanız gerekir. 18 yaş altındaki kullanıcılar Uygulamayı yalnızca veli veya vasi onayıyla kullanabilir. Uygulama 13 yaş altına yönelik değildir.
3. Hesap yoktur
Uygulama hesap açmaz, giriş istemez ve bir sunucu hizmeti sunmaz. Şifre, oturum ya da hesap güvenliği yükümlülüğü doğmaz; Uygulama cihazınızda çalışan bir yazılımdır.
4. Ücret ve reklamlar
Uygulama ücretsizdir. Uygulama içi satın alma, abonelik ya da deneme süresi yoktur. Uygulama Google AdMob reklamlarıyla finanse edilir; reklamların nerede gösterildiği Gizlilik Politikası'nda ve Uygulamanın Ayarlar ekranında ayrıntısıyla yazılıdır. Ödüllü video izlemek her zaman isteğe bağlıdır ve reddetmeniz Uygulamanın hiçbir özelliğini kısıtlamaz.
5. İçeriğiniz ve yedekleme
Yazdığınız alışkanlıklar, notlar ve niyet kartları size aittir. Bu içerikler yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır; tarafımızca görülmez, kullanılmaz ya da başkasına aktarılmaz.
Yedekleme sorumluluğu size aittir. Bulut yedeği ya da
hesap kurtarma yoktur. Cihazınızı kaybetmeniz, sıfırlamanız veya Uygulamayı
kaldırmanız hâlinde veriler geri getirilemez.
Ayarlar → Veri → Dışa aktar (JSON) ile düzenli yedek almanız
önerilir.
6. Sağlık tavsiyesi değildir
Kinso bir alışkanlık takip aracıdır; tıbbi cihaz değildir, teşhis ya da tedavi amacı taşımaz ve tıbbi tavsiye vermez. Sağlığınızı ilgilendiren kararlar için bir sağlık profesyoneline danışınız.
7. Kabul edilmeyen kullanım
- Uygulamayı hukuka aykırı amaçlarla kullanmak.
- Mevzuatın açıkça izin verdiği hâller dışında tersine mühendislik, kaynak koda dönüştürme veya kopyalama.
- Reklam gösterimlerini otomatik araçlarla veya yapay biçimde üretmek/engellemek suretiyle sistemi kötüye kullanmak.
- Uygulamayı ya da onu sunan altyapıları işlevsiz bırakmaya yönelik girişimler.
8. Fikri mülkiyet
Uygulamanın adı, damga işareti, arayüz tasarımı, metinleri, alışkanlık şablon kütüphanesi ve yazılımı üzerindeki haklar sağlayıcıya aittir. Uygulama size satılmaz; bu koşullara uygun, kişisel, devredilemez ve münhasır olmayan bir kullanım hakkı tanınır.
9. Garanti reddi ve sorumluluk sınırı
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağı, her cihazda aynı biçimde davranacağı veya belirli bir sonuca (alışkanlık edinme, seri koruma) ulaştıracağı taahhüt edilmez.
Kast ve ağır ihmal hâlleri ile tüketici mevzuatından doğan zorunlu sorumluluklar saklı kalmak üzere, sağlayıcının sorumluluğu yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde sınırlıdır. Özellikle, yedeğini almadığınız verilerin kaybından sorumluluk kabul edilmez.
10. Değişiklikler ve son verme
Uygulama güncellenebilir, özellikleri değişebilir veya sunumu durdurulabilir. Uygulamayı kaldırarak bu koşulları dilediğiniz zaman sona erdirebilirsiniz; kaldırma işlemi cihazınızdaki tüm verileri de siler.
11. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici sıfatını taşıyan kullanıcılar, yerleşim yerlerindeki Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri ve Tüketici Mahkemeleri'ne başvurma hakkını korur. Ayrıca uygulamayı edindiğiniz mağazanın (Apple App Store veya Google Play) kendi kuralları da geçerlidir.

The short version: Kinso is free, supported by ads, and contains nothing to buy. Everything you write is yours and never leaves your phone. The price of that is simple: backups are on you — if you lose your phone, we hold no copy.
1. Parties
These terms govern the use of the Kinso mobile app (the "App"). The App is provided by AppFellas (İbrahim Bilgiç); contact: fellasontheway@gmail.com. By downloading and using the App you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, do not use the App.
2. Age
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Users under 18 may use it only with the consent of a parent or guardian. The App is not directed at children under 13.
3. There is no account
The App creates no account, asks for no sign-in and provides no server service. No password, session or account-security obligation arises; the App is software that runs on your device.
4. Price and ads
The App is free. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions or trials. It is funded by Google AdMob ads; exactly where ads appear is written in the Privacy Policy and in the App's Settings screen. Watching a rewarded video is always optional, and declining never limits any feature.
5. Your content and backups
The habits, notes and intention cards you write are yours. They are stored on your device only; we neither see, use nor pass them on.
Backups are your responsibility. There is no cloud backup
and no account recovery. If you lose or reset your device, or uninstall the
App, the data cannot be recovered. Regular backups via
Settings → Data → Export (JSON) are recommended.
6. Not medical advice
Kinso is a habit-tracking tool. It is not a medical device, is not intended to diagnose or treat anything, and gives no medical advice. Consult a health professional for decisions about your health.
7. Unacceptable use
- Using the App for unlawful purposes.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling or copying it, except where the law expressly permits.
- Abusing the system by generating or blocking ad impressions artificially or with automated tools.
- Attempts to disable the App or the infrastructure serving it.
8. Intellectual property
The App's name, seal mark, interface design, texts, habit template library and software are the provider's property. The App is not sold to you; you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use it in accordance with these terms.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". No promise is made that it will run without interruption or error, behave identically on every device, or produce a particular outcome (forming a habit, keeping a streak).
Except for wilful misconduct, gross negligence and mandatory consumer-law liability, the provider's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. In particular, no liability is accepted for the loss of data you did not back up.
10. Changes and termination
The App may be updated, its features may change, and it may be discontinued. You may end these terms at any time by uninstalling the App; uninstalling also erases all data on your device.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Users who qualify as consumers keep their right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at their place of residence. The rules of the store you obtained the App from (Apple App Store or Google Play) also apply.
