Kısa cevap: Pondoku hesap açmaz, giriş istemez ve bizim bir sunucumuz yoktur. Bölümlerin, yıldızların, serin ve armaların yalnız telefonunda durur; bize hiç gelmez.
Cihazdan çıkan iki şey vardır: reklam ağının işlediği reklam kimliği ve reklamları kaldırmayı satın alırsan mağazanın işlediği satın alma kaydı. Analitik yoktur, çökme bildirimi yoktur, bizim tuttuğumuz hiçbir kayıt yoktur.
Cihazda kalanlar
Oyun, hatırladığı her şeyi telefonunun kendi depolama alanına yazar: çözülen bölümler ve süreleri, yıldızlar, günlük serisi, gölet armaları, yarım kalmış tahtalar, ses ve titreşim tercihleri, tema, renk körü modu ve seçtiğin karakter. Bunların hiçbiri cihazından çıkmaz. Uygulamayı sildiğinde hepsi silinir; bizde bir kopyası olmadığı için geri getirmemiz de mümkün değildir.
Reklamlar
Ücretsiz sürümde Google AdMob reklam gösterir. AdMob, reklam isteğiyle birlikte cihazının reklam kimliğini ve standart reklam verisini işler: cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi, IP adresinden çıkarılan yaklaşık konum ve reklamla etkileşimin. Bu veriyi biz görmeyiz, bize gelmez; AdMob'un kendi altyapısında işlenir.
Avrupa Birliği, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'de uygulama, reklamlar başlamadan önce Google'ın onay formunu gösterir ve cevabına uyar. Kişiselleştirilmiş reklam yalnız izin verdiysen gösterilir; vermediysen kişiselleştirilmemiş reklam gösterilir. iPhone ve iPad'de ayrıca Apple'ın izleme izni sorusu çıkar; hayır dersen izleme yapılmaz.
Kararını sonra değiştirmek istersen: Ayarlar → Reklam gizlilik seçenekleri. Aynı formu tekrar açar. Reklam kimliğini sıfırlamak ya da tamamen kapatmak telefonunun sistem ayarlarından yapılır; uygulama buna karışmaz.

Ödüllü reklam ve yarım saatlik sessizlik
İstersen bir reklam izleyip otuz dakika boyunca banner ve araya giren reklamları kapatabilirsin. Bu sürenin bittiği zaman telefonunda tutulur, bizde değil. Ödüllü reklamlar da AdMob üzerinden gelir, yukarıdaki kural onlar için de geçerlidir.
Satın alma
Reklamları kalıcı kaldırma tek seferlik bir alışverişdir ve tamamen App Store ya da Google Play üzerinden yürür. Kart bilgini, adını, adresini biz görmeyiz; mağaza bize yalnız "bu alışveriş var" bilgisini döner, biz de onu telefonunda saklarız. Aboneliğimiz yoktur.
Bildirimler
Günlük hatırlatıcı tamamen isteğe bağlıdır ve ancak sen açarsan çalışır. Hatırlatma telefonun kendi saatiyle, cihazda planlanır. Bir bildirim sunucusu kullanmıyoruz, yani bize bir cihaz kimliği gönderilmez.
Paylaşma
Bir bulmacayı çözdükten sonra Paylaş'a basarsan oyun bir emoji ızgarası ve istersen bir görsel hazırlar; bunu nereye göndereceğine sen karar verirsin. Paylaşılan şey bizden geçmez.
Analitik ve çökme bildirimi
Yoktur. Uygulamada bir analitik arayüzü bulunur ama hiçbir yere veri göndermez; kodda hiçbir şey yapmayan bir uygulamayla bağlıdır. Üçüncü taraf bir analitik ya da çökme bildirim aracı da bağlı değildir.
Çocuklar
Pondoku genel kitleye yöneliktir, çocuklara özel olarak tasarlanmamıştır ve bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamaz. Reklamlar genel kitle ayarıyla istenir.
Verinin silinmesi
Uygulamayı silmek cihazdaki her şeyi siler. Bizde bir hesabın olmadığı için silmemiz gereken bir kaydımız da yoktur. Reklam kimliğini sıfırlamak istiyorsan: iOS'ta Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → Apple Reklamcılık, Android'de Ayarlar → Google → Reklamlar.

The short answer: Pondoku has no accounts, no sign-in and no server of ours. Your levels, stars, streak and crests stay on your phone. They never reach us.
Two things leave the device: the advertising identifier the ad network processes, and a purchase record the store processes if you buy Remove Ads. There is no analytics, no crash reporting, and no record held by us.
What stays on the device
The game writes everything it remembers into your phone's own storage: solved levels and their times, stars, the daily streak, pond crests, half-finished boards, sound and haptics preferences, theme, colour-blind mode and the creature you picked. None of it leaves your device. Deleting the app deletes all of it, and because we hold no copy we cannot restore it either.
Ads
The free version shows ads through Google AdMob. With each ad request AdMob processes your device's advertising identifier and standard ad data: device model, operating system, approximate location derived from your IP address, and your interaction with the ad. We never see that data; it is processed in Google's own infrastructure.
In the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the app shows Google's consent form before any ad runs and follows your answer. Personalised ads appear only if you allow them; otherwise the ads are non-personalised. On iPhone and iPad Apple's tracking prompt also appears, and saying no means no tracking.
To change your mind later: Settings → Ad privacy choices, which reopens the same form. Resetting or switching off the advertising identifier is done in your phone's system settings; the app has no say in it.
How Google processes this data: business.safety.google/privacy.
Rewarded ads and the thirty quiet minutes
If you like, you can watch one ad and have the banner and the interstitials stay away for thirty minutes. When that stretch ends is stored on your phone, not with us. Rewarded ads also come through AdMob, so the rules above apply to them too.
Purchases
Removing the ads for good is a single one-off purchase and runs entirely through the App Store or Google Play. We never see your card, your name or your address; the store tells us only that the purchase exists, and we keep that on your phone. We have no subscriptions.
Notifications
The daily reminder is optional and only runs if you turn it on. It is scheduled on the device, by your phone's own clock. We use no push server, so no device token is sent to anyone.
Sharing
When you tap Share after solving a puzzle, the game prepares an emoji grid and, if you want, an image. Where it goes is your choice. Nothing shared passes through us.
Analytics and crash reporting
There is none. The app contains an analytics interface, but it is wired to an implementation that does nothing at all. No third-party analytics or crash reporting tool is linked in.
Children
Pondoku is for a general audience. It is not designed for children and does not knowingly collect data from them. Ads are requested with the general audience setting.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app deletes everything on the device. Since you have no account with us, there is no record of ours left to delete. To reset the advertising identifier: on iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising, on Android Settings → Google → Ads.
Changes
If this text changes, the date above changes with it. If what is collected ever grows, we will say so inside the app as well.
