1. Taraflar
Bu koşullar, Pondoku uygulamasını kullanan kişi ile uygulamayı yayınlayan AppFellas arasındadır. Uygulamayı kurduğunda bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun.
2. Yaş
Uygulama genel kitleye yöneliktir. Bulunduğun ülkede dijital hizmet kullanımı için bir yaş sınırı varsa ona uyman gerekir.
3. Hesap yoktur
Kayıt olmadan, giriş yapmadan oynanır. İlerlemen yalnız cihazında durur. Bunun doğal sonucu: cihazı kaybedersen ya da uygulamayı silersen ilerleme de gider, bizde bir kopyası olmadığı için geri getiremeyiz. Cihaz değiştirirken taşıma özelliği bulunmamaktadır.
4. Ücret ve reklamlar
Uygulama ücretsizdir ve reklamla desteklenir. Reklamları kalıcı kaldırmak için tek seferlik bir satın alma sunulur; aboneliğimiz yoktur. İstersen bir ödüllü reklam izleyip otuz dakika reklamsız oynayabilirsin. Satın alma ve iade işlemleri App Store veya Google Play kurallarına tabidir; iadeyi biz değil mağaza yürütür.
5. İçeriğin
Paylaş düğmesiyle oluşturduğun emoji ızgarası ve görsel senin kullanımına açıktır. Bunları biz saklamıyor ve görmüyoruz.
6. Kabul edilmeyen kullanım
Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik yoluyla değiştirmek, reklam ve satın alma mekanizmalarını atlatmak, otomatik araçlarla çalıştırmak ya da başkalarının kullanımını engelleyecek şekilde kullanmak kabul edilmez.
7. Fikri mülkiyet
Uygulamanın kodu, görselleri, sesleri, bölüm tasarımları ve adı AppFellas'a aittir. Ekran görüntüsü almak ve paylaşmak serbesttir.
8. Garanti reddi ve sorumluluk sınırı
Uygulama olduğu gibi sunulur. Kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağı garanti edilmez. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, dolaylı zararlardan ve kâr kaybından sorumluluk kabul edilmez; her hâlde sorumluluk, son on iki ayda uygulama için ödediğin tutarla sınırlıdır.
9. Değişiklikler ve son verme
Koşullar değişirse üstündeki tarih değişir. Uygulamayı dilediğin an silebilirsin; bu, ilişkinin sona ermesi anlamına gelir.
10. Uygulanacak hukuk
Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici olarak kendi ülkenin koruyucu hükümlerinden doğan haklarını bu madde etkilemez.

1. Parties
These terms are between the person using Pondoku and AppFellas, who publishes it. Installing the app means accepting them.
2. Age
The app is for a general audience. If your country sets a minimum age for using digital services, you need to meet it.
3. There are no accounts
You play without registering or signing in, and your progress lives only on your device. The consequence is plain: lose the device or delete the app and the progress goes with it, and we cannot restore what we never held. There is no transfer between devices.
4. Price and ads
The app is free and supported by ads. A single one-off purchase removes them for good; we have no subscriptions. You may also watch one rewarded ad for thirty ad-free minutes. Purchases and refunds follow App Store or Google Play rules; refunds are handled by the store, not by us.
5. Your content
The emoji grid and image the Share button makes are yours to use. We neither see nor store them.
6. Unacceptable use
Do not reverse-engineer or modify the app, circumvent its advertising or purchase mechanisms, drive it with automated tools, or use it in a way that interferes with anyone else's use.
7. Intellectual property
The code, art, sounds, level designs and name belong to AppFellas. Taking and sharing screenshots is fine.
8. No warranty, limited liability
The app is provided as it is. It is not guaranteed to run without interruption or error. To the extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for indirect damages or lost profit, and in any case liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the last twelve months.
9. Changes and termination
If these terms change, the date above changes with them. You may delete the app at any time, which ends the relationship.
10. Governing law
The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply. This does not affect protective rights you hold as a consumer under the law of your own country.
