Kısa hâli: Köy Gecesi ücretsiz bir parti oyunudur; reklamla ayakta durur, satın alınacak bir şey yoktur. Hesap açmazsın; oyuncu adları ve oyunlar telefonunda kalır. Oyun eğlence içindir: köyde suçlanan herkes oyun bitince yine arkadaşındır.
1. Taraflar ve kabul
Bu koşullar Köy Gecesi mobil uygulamasının kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı Özkan Yılmaz (AppFellas Development) sunar. Uygulamayı indirip kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun; kabul etmiyorsan uygulamayı kullanma.
2. Uygulama ne yapar
Köy Gecesi, tek telefonla ve internetsiz oynanan iki oyun sunar: Vampir Köylü'de ayrı bir anlatıcıya gerek bırakmaz (rolleri dağıtır, geceyi sesli okur, gece seçimlerini telefon elden ele dolaşırken toplar, kuralları uygular); Casus Kim'de de telefon elden ele dolaşır. Oylar ve seçimler grubun kendi kararıdır; uygulama bunları oyuncuların girdiği hâliyle işler.
3. Ücret ve reklamlar
- Uygulama ücretsizdir. Uygulama içi satın alma, abonelik ya da deneme süresi yoktur.
- Uygulama reklam gösterir. Reklamlar oyunların arasında çıkar, oyunun ortasına girmez; ayrıntı Gizlilik Politikası'ndadır.
- Ödüllü video izlemek isteğe bağlıdır ve Casus Kim'deki ekstra kategorileri 24 saat açar. O an gösterilecek reklam yoksa kilit açılamayabilir; ücretsiz kategoriler her zaman açıktır.
- Reklamların içeriğinden reklam verenler sorumludur. Uygunsuz bir reklam görürsen bize yaz; engellemeye çalışırız.
4. Hesap yok, veriler telefonda
Hesap, şifre ya da bulut kaydı yoktur. Girdiğin oyuncu adları ve oyunlar yalnız telefonunda saklanır; uygulamayı silersen geri getirilemez. Başkalarının adını yazarken onların da bu oyunda olmaktan memnun olduğundan emin ol.
5. Yaş
Köy Gecesi 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir. Oyun vampir ve kurt adam temalı, hafif ürkütücü bir atmosfere sahiptir; kan ya da ayrıntılı korku sahnesi içermez. Daha küçüklerin de bulunduğu bir aile ortamında oynanacaksa telefonu bir yetişkinin yönetmesini öneririz.
6. Adil ve saygılı oyun
Oyun içindeki suçlamalar ve blöfler oyunun parçasıdır; oyunu kimseyi gerçek hayatta küçük düşürmek için kullanma. Ayrıca şunlar kabul edilmez:
- Uygulamayı hukuka aykırı amaçlarla kullanmak.
- Yasanın açıkça izin verdiği hâller dışında tersine mühendislik yapmak, kaynak koda dönüştürmek ya da kopyalamak.
- Reklam gösterimini ya da tıklamasını yapay yollarla üretmek, ödüllü akışı hileyle tetiklemek.
- Kelime paketlerini, anlatıcı metinlerini, görselleri ya da sesleri çıkarıp dağıtmak.
7. Fikri mülkiyet
Uygulamanın adı, arayüz tasarımı, illüstrasyonları, kelime paketleri, anlatıcı metinleri, sesleri ve yazılımı üzerindeki haklar sağlayıcıya ya da lisans verenlerine aittir. Uygulama sana satılmaz; bu koşullara uygun, kişisel, devredilemez ve münhasır olmayan bir kullanım hakkı tanınır.
8. Garanti reddi ve sorumluluk sınırı
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağı, her cihazda aynı davranacağı ya da her dilde cihaz sesi bulunacağı taahhüt edilmez. Kura ve rol dağıtımı yansız rastgelelikle yapılır, ancak bir oyunun sonucu garanti edilmez. Oyuncular arasındaki anlaşmazlıklardan sağlayıcı sorumlu değildir.
Kast ve ağır ihmal hâlleri ile tüketici mevzuatından doğan zorunlu sorumluluklar saklı kalmak üzere, sağlayıcının sorumluluğu yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde sınırlıdır.
9. Değişiklikler ve sona erme
Uygulama güncellenebilir, özellikleri değişebilir ya da sunumu durdurulabilir. Bu koşullar değişirse bu sayfa ve üstteki tarih güncellenir. Uygulamayı kaldırarak bu koşulları istediğin zaman sona erdirebilirsin.
10. Uygulanacak hukuk ve mağazalar
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici olarak yaşadığın ülkenin seni koruyan emredici kuralları saklıdır; Türkiye'de Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri ve Tüketici Mahkemeleri'ne başvurma hakkın vardır. Uygulamayı edindiğin mağazanın (Apple App Store ya da Google Play) koşulları da geçerlidir. Apple ve Google bu koşulların tarafı değildir ve uygulamanın desteğinden sorumlu değildir.

The short version: Village at Night is a free party game supported by ads, with nothing to buy. There's no account; player names and games stay on your phone. It's all for fun — whoever gets accused in the village is still your friend when the game ends.
1. Parties and acceptance
These terms govern your use of the Village at Night mobile app. The app is provided by Ozkan Yilmaz (AppFellas Development). By downloading and using it, you accept these terms; if you don't, please don't use the app.
2. What the app does
Village at Night offers two games played on a single phone, offline. In Werewolf it replaces the narrator (dealing roles, reading the night aloud, collecting the night's choices as the phone goes round, applying the rules); in Who's the Spy? the phone gets passed around too. Votes and choices belong to the group; the app simply records them as the players enter them.
3. Price and ads
- The app is free. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions or trials.
- The app shows ads. They appear between games, never in the middle of one; the details are in the Privacy Policy.
- Watching a rewarded video is optional and unlocks the extra categories in Who's the Spy? for 24 hours. If no ad is available at that moment, the unlock may not work; the free categories are always open.
- Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads. If you see an inappropriate ad, write to us and we'll try to block it.
4. No account, data on your phone
There's no account, password or cloud save. The player names and games you enter are stored only on your phone and can't be recovered if you delete the app. When you type in other people's names, make sure they're happy to be part of the game.
5. Age
Village at Night isn't directed at children under 13. The game has a werewolf and vampire theme with a mildly spooky atmosphere; it contains no blood or graphic horror. If younger kids are joining a family game, we suggest an adult runs the phone.
6. Fair and respectful play
Accusations and bluffs are part of the game — just don't use it to put anyone down in real life. The following are also not allowed:
- Using the app for anything unlawful.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling or copying it, except where the law expressly allows.
- Generating ad impressions or clicks artificially, or tricking the rewarded-video flow.
- Extracting and distributing the word packs, narrator lines, artwork or sounds.
7. Intellectual property
The app's name, interface design, illustrations, word packs, narrator lines, sounds and software belong to the provider or its licensors. The app isn't sold to you; you get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use it under these terms.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". We don't promise it will run without interruption or errors, behave the same on every device, or have a device voice in every language. Roles and draws use unbiased randomness, but no game outcome is guaranteed. The provider isn't responsible for disagreements between players.
Except for intent, gross negligence and liability that consumer law makes mandatory, the provider's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Changes and termination
The app may be updated, its features may change, or it may be discontinued. If these terms change, this page and the date above are updated. You can end these terms at any time by uninstalling the app.
10. Governing law and app stores
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live still apply to you. The terms of the store you got the app from (Apple App Store or Google Play) also apply. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for supporting the app.

1. Anbieter und Zustimmung
Diese Bedingungen regeln die Nutzung der App Dorfnacht. Anbieter ist Ozkan Yilmaz (AppFellas Development). Mit dem Herunterladen und Nutzen der App stimmst du diesen Bedingungen zu; wenn nicht, nutze die App bitte nicht.
2. Was die App macht
Dorfnacht bietet zwei Spiele für ein einziges Handy, ganz ohne Internet. Bei Werwolf braucht es keine Spielleitung (die App verteilt die Rollen, liest die Nacht vor, sammelt die nächtlichen Entscheidungen, während das Handy reihum geht, und wendet die Regeln an); bei „Wer ist der Spion?“ geht das Handy ebenfalls reihum. Stimmen und Entscheidungen trifft die Gruppe; die App übernimmt sie so, wie die Spielenden sie eingeben.
3. Preis und Werbung
- Die App ist kostenlos. Es gibt keine In-App-Käufe, Abos oder Testphasen.
- Die App zeigt Werbung – zwischen den Spielen, nie mittendrin. Details stehen in der Datenschutzerklärung.
- Belohnungsvideos sind freiwillig und schalten die Extra-Kategorien bei „Wer ist der Spion?“ für 24 Stunden frei. Gibt es gerade keine Anzeige, klappt die Freischaltung eventuell nicht; die kostenlosen Kategorien sind immer offen.
- Für den Inhalt der Anzeigen sind die Werbetreibenden verantwortlich. Siehst du eine unpassende Anzeige, schreib uns – wir versuchen, sie zu sperren.
4. Kein Konto, Daten auf dem Handy
Es gibt kein Konto, kein Passwort und keinen Cloud-Speicher. Spielernamen und Spiele liegen nur auf deinem Handy und lassen sich nach dem Löschen der App nicht wiederherstellen. Wenn du Namen anderer eingibst, sollten sie damit einverstanden sein.
5. Alter
Dorfnacht richtet sich nicht an Kinder unter 13 Jahren. Das Spiel hat ein Werwolf- und Vampir-Thema mit leicht gruseliger Stimmung, aber kein Blut und keine drastischen Horrorszenen. Spielen jüngere Kinder in der Familie mit, sollte am besten ein Erwachsener das Handy führen.
6. Fair und respektvoll spielen
Verdächtigungen und Bluffs gehören zum Spiel – nutze es aber nicht, um jemanden im echten Leben bloßzustellen. Außerdem nicht erlaubt:
- die App für rechtswidrige Zwecke zu nutzen;
- Reverse Engineering, Dekompilieren oder Kopieren, soweit das Gesetz es nicht ausdrücklich erlaubt;
- Werbeaufrufe oder Klicks künstlich zu erzeugen oder den Belohnungsablauf zu manipulieren;
- Wortpakete, Erzähltexte, Grafiken oder Sounds zu extrahieren und zu verbreiten.
7. Geistiges Eigentum
Name, Oberflächendesign, Illustrationen, Wortpakete, Erzähltexte, Sounds und Software der App gehören dem Anbieter oder seinen Lizenzgebern. Die App wird dir nicht verkauft; du erhältst ein persönliches, nicht übertragbares, nicht exklusives Nutzungsrecht nach diesen Bedingungen.
8. Gewährleistung und Haftung
Die App wird so bereitgestellt, wie sie ist. Wir versprechen nicht, dass sie ohne Unterbrechung oder Fehler läuft, sich auf jedem Gerät gleich verhält oder in jeder Sprache eine Gerätestimme hat. Rollen und Auslosung nutzen unverfälschten Zufall, ein bestimmter Spielausgang ist aber nicht garantiert. Für Streit zwischen Spielern haftet der Anbieter nicht.
Für Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit, für Schäden aus der Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit sowie nach zwingendem Verbraucherrecht haften wir unbeschränkt; im Übrigen ist die Haftung beschränkt, soweit das anwendbare Recht es zulässt.
9. Änderungen und Beendigung
Die App kann aktualisiert, verändert oder eingestellt werden. Ändern sich diese Bedingungen, werden diese Seite und das Datum oben aktualisiert. Du kannst die Nutzung jederzeit beenden, indem du die App löschst.
10. Anwendbares Recht und App-Stores
Es gilt das Recht der Republik Türkei. Zwingende Verbraucherschutzvorschriften des Landes, in dem du lebst, bleiben unberührt. Zusätzlich gelten die Bedingungen des Stores, aus dem du die App hast (Apple App Store oder Google Play). Apple und Google sind nicht Vertragspartei und nicht für den Support der App zuständig.

2. Cosa fa l'app
Notte al Villaggio offre due giochi su un solo telefono, senza internet. In Lupo Mannaro fa a meno del narratore (distribuisce i ruoli, legge la notte ad alta voce, raccoglie le scelte notturne mentre il telefono fa il giro, applica le regole); in «Chi è la spia?» il telefono passa di mano in mano. Voti e scelte spettano al gruppo: l'app li registra come li inseriscono i giocatori.
3. Prezzo e pubblicità
- L'app è gratuita. Non ci sono acquisti in-app, abbonamenti o periodi di prova.
- L'app mostra annunci tra una partita e l'altra, mai nel mezzo; i dettagli sono nell'Informativa sulla privacy.
- I video con premio sono facoltativi e sbloccano per 24 ore le categorie extra di «Chi è la spia?». Se in quel momento non c'è un annuncio disponibile, lo sblocco può non riuscire; le categorie gratuite restano sempre aperte.
- Del contenuto degli annunci rispondono gli inserzionisti. Se vedi un annuncio inadatto, scrivici e proveremo a bloccarlo.
4. Niente account, dati sul telefono
Non ci sono account, password o salvataggi nel cloud. Nomi dei giocatori e partite restano solo sul tuo telefono e non si possono recuperare se elimini l'app. Quando inserisci i nomi di altre persone, assicurati che siano contente di partecipare.
5. Età
Notte al Villaggio non è rivolta ai minori di 13 anni. Il gioco ha un tema di lupi mannari e vampiri con un'atmosfera un po' inquietante, ma senza sangue né scene horror esplicite. Se in famiglia giocano anche bambini più piccoli, è meglio che il telefono lo gestisca un adulto.
6. Gioco leale e rispettoso
Accuse e bluff fanno parte del gioco: non usarlo però per mettere in ridicolo qualcuno nella vita reale. Inoltre non è consentito:
- usare l'app per scopi illeciti;
- decompilarla, fare reverse engineering o copiarla, salvo quanto espressamente consentito dalla legge;
- generare in modo artificiale visualizzazioni o clic sugli annunci, o manipolare i video con premio;
- estrarre e diffondere pacchetti di parole, testi del narratore, illustrazioni o suoni.
7. Proprietà intellettuale
Nome, grafica dell'interfaccia, illustrazioni, pacchetti di parole, testi del narratore, suoni e software dell'app appartengono al fornitore o ai suoi licenzianti. L'app non ti viene venduta: ricevi un diritto d'uso personale, non trasferibile e non esclusivo, secondo questi termini.
8. Garanzie e responsabilità
L'app è fornita «così com'è». Non promettiamo che funzioni senza interruzioni o errori, che si comporti allo stesso modo su ogni dispositivo o che ci sia una voce di sistema per ogni lingua. Ruoli e sorteggi usano una casualità imparziale, ma nessun esito è garantito. Il fornitore non risponde di discussioni tra giocatori.
Salvo dolo, colpa grave e le responsabilità inderogabili previste dal Codice del consumo, la responsabilità del fornitore è limitata nei limiti consentiti dalla legge applicabile.
9. Modifiche e cessazione
L'app può essere aggiornata, modificata o ritirata. Se questi termini cambiano, vengono aggiornate questa pagina e la data in alto. Puoi smettere di usarla in qualsiasi momento disinstallandola.

1. Strony i akceptacja
Regulamin określa zasady korzystania z aplikacji Noc w Wiosce, udostępnianej przez Ozkan Yilmaz (AppFellas Development). Pobierając aplikację i korzystając z niej, akceptujesz regulamin; jeśli się z nim nie zgadzasz, nie korzystaj z aplikacji.
2. Co robi aplikacja
Noc w Wiosce oferuje dwie gry na jeden telefon, bez internetu. W Wilkołaku zastępuje prowadzącego (rozdaje role, czyta noc na głos, zbiera nocne wybory, gdy telefon krąży po kolei, pilnuje zasad); w „Kto jest szpiegiem?” telefon też krąży z rąk do rąk. Głosy i decyzje należą do grupy — aplikacja zapisuje je tak, jak wprowadzą je gracze.
3. Cena i reklamy
- Aplikacja jest darmowa. Nie ma zakupów w aplikacji, subskrypcji ani okresów próbnych.
- Aplikacja wyświetla reklamy między grami, nigdy w ich trakcie; szczegóły są w Polityce prywatności.
- Filmy z nagrodą są dobrowolne i odblokowują na 24 godziny dodatkowe kategorie w „Kto jest szpiegiem?”. Jeśli akurat nie ma dostępnej reklamy, odblokowanie może się nie udać; darmowe kategorie są zawsze dostępne.
- Za treść reklam odpowiadają reklamodawcy. Jeśli zobaczysz niestosowną reklamę, napisz do nas — spróbujemy ją zablokować.
4. Bez konta, dane na telefonie
Nie ma konta, hasła ani zapisu w chmurze. Imiona graczy i gry są przechowywane tylko na Twoim telefonie i nie da się ich odzyskać po usunięciu aplikacji. Wpisując imiona innych osób, upewnij się, że chcą brać udział w grze.
5. Wiek
Noc w Wiosce nie jest skierowana do dzieci poniżej 13 lat. Gra ma motyw wilkołaków i wampirów z lekko niepokojącym klimatem, ale bez krwi i dosadnych scen grozy. Jeśli w rodzinnej grze biorą udział młodsze dzieci, najlepiej, żeby telefon obsługiwał dorosły.
6. Uczciwa i życzliwa gra
Oskarżenia i blefy są częścią gry — nie wykorzystuj jej jednak do ośmieszania kogoś w prawdziwym życiu. Niedozwolone jest także:
- korzystanie z aplikacji w celach niezgodnych z prawem;
- inżynieria wsteczna, dekompilacja lub kopiowanie aplikacji, poza przypadkami wyraźnie dozwolonymi przez prawo;
- sztuczne generowanie wyświetleń lub kliknięć reklam albo oszukiwanie mechanizmu filmów z nagrodą;
- wydobywanie i rozpowszechnianie pakietów słów, tekstów narratora, grafik lub dźwięków.
7. Własność intelektualna
Nazwa, projekt interfejsu, ilustracje, pakiety słów, teksty narratora, dźwięki i oprogramowanie aplikacji należą do dostawcy lub jego licencjodawców. Aplikacja nie jest Ci sprzedawana; otrzymujesz osobiste, niezbywalne i niewyłączne prawo do korzystania z niej zgodnie z regulaminem.
8. Gwarancje i odpowiedzialność
Aplikacja jest udostępniana w obecnej postaci. Nie obiecujemy, że będzie działać bez przerw i błędów, zachowywać się tak samo na każdym urządzeniu ani że w każdym języku będzie dostępny głos urządzenia. Role i losowania korzystają z bezstronnej losowości, ale żaden wynik gry nie jest gwarantowany. Dostawca nie odpowiada za spory między graczami.
Z zastrzeżeniem odpowiedzialności za winę umyślną, rażące niedbalstwo oraz bezwzględnie obowiązujących przepisów konsumenckich odpowiedzialność dostawcy jest ograniczona w zakresie dozwolonym przez prawo.
9. Zmiany i zakończenie
Aplikacja może być aktualizowana, zmieniana lub wycofana. Jeśli regulamin się zmieni, zaktualizujemy tę stronę i datę u góry. Możesz w każdej chwili zakończyć korzystanie z aplikacji, odinstalowując ją.
10. Prawo właściwe i sklepy
Regulamin podlega prawu Republiki Turcji, z zastrzeżeniem bezwzględnie obowiązujących przepisów chroniących konsumentów w kraju Twojego zamieszkania. 2. O que o app faz
O Noite na Vila oferece dois jogos para um único celular, sem internet. No Lobisomem, ele dispensa o narrador (distribui os papéis, lê a noite em voz alta, recolhe as escolhas da noite enquanto o celular passa pela roda, aplica as regras); no “Quem é o Espião?”, o celular também passa de mão em mão. Votos e escolhas são do grupo; o app só registra o que os jogadores informarem.
3. Preço e anúncios
- O app é gratuito. Não há compras no app, assinaturas nem período de teste.
- O app exibe anúncios entre as partidas, nunca no meio delas; os detalhes estão na Política de Privacidade.
- Os vídeos premiados são opcionais e liberam por 24 horas as categorias extras do “Quem é o Espião?”. Se não houver anúncio disponível na hora, a liberação pode não funcionar; as categorias gratuitas ficam sempre liberadas.
- O conteúdo dos anúncios é responsabilidade dos anunciantes. Se aparecer um anúncio inadequado, escreva para nós que vamos tentar bloqueá-lo.
4. Sem conta, dados no celular
Não há conta, senha nem salvamento na nuvem. Nomes dos jogadores e partidas ficam só no seu celular e não podem ser recuperados se você apagar o app. Ao digitar o nome de outras pessoas, confirme que elas topam participar do jogo.
5. Idade
O Noite na Vila não é direcionado a menores de 13 anos. O jogo tem tema de lobisomens e vampiros, com um clima levemente assustador, mas sem sangue nem cenas explícitas de terror. Se crianças menores forem jogar em família, sugerimos que um adulto cuide do celular.
6. Jogo justo e respeitoso
Acusações e blefes fazem parte do jogo — só não use o jogo para humilhar alguém na vida real. Também não é permitido:
- usar o app para fins ilegais;
- fazer engenharia reversa, descompilar ou copiar o app, exceto quando a lei permitir expressamente;
- gerar exibições ou cliques em anúncios de forma artificial, ou burlar o fluxo dos vídeos premiados;
- extrair e distribuir pacotes de palavras, falas do narrador, ilustrações ou sons.

3. 요금과 광고
- 앱은 무료입니다. 인앱 구매, 구독, 체험 기간이 없습니다.
- 앱은 게임과 게임 사이에만 광고를 표시하며 게임 도중에는 표시하지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침에 있습니다.
- 보상형 영상 시청은 선택 사항이며, ‘스파이는 누구?’의 추가 카테고리를 24시간 동안 엽니다. 그 순간 표시할 광고가 없으면 열리지 않을 수 있으며, 무료 카테고리는 항상 열려 있습니다.

- 단어 팩, 진행 대사, 일러스트, 사운드를 추출해 배포하는 행위
7. 지식재산권
앱의 이름, 화면 디자인, 일러스트, 단어 팩, 진행 대사, 사운드, 소프트웨어에 대한 권리는 제공자 또는 그 라이선스 제공자에게 있습니다. 앱은 판매되는 것이 아니며, 이용자에게는 이 약관에 따른 개인적이고 양도할 수 없으며 비독점적인 사용 권한이 부여됩니다.
8. 보증의 부인과 책임의 제한
앱은 ‘있는 그대로’ 제공됩니다. 중단이나 오류 없이 작동하거나, 모든 기기에서 똑같이 작동하거나, 모든 언어에 기기 음성이 있다고 보장하지 않습니다. 역할 배분과 추첨은 편향 없는 무작위 방식을 사용하지만 게임 결과를 보장하지는 않습니다. 플레이어 간의 다툼에 대해 제공자는 책임지지 않습니다.
